Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sharp Retriever ("Sharp Retriever," "we," "us") is a sports analytics service operated from Colorado, United States by Gold Crest MFH Holdings LLC. Contact: support@sharpretriever.com.

2. What this service is — and is not

Sharp Retriever publishes model-generated analytical outputs about sporting events, along with a public record of how those outputs performed.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker, or facilitate wagers of any kind. We hold no gaming license and are not a licensed gambling operator in any jurisdiction.

We do not provide betting advice. Model outputs are informational and educational. They are not recommendations, predictions of outcome, or advice to place any wager. Nothing on this service is financial, legal, investment, or professional advice.

We make no performance claims. Past results shown on this service are a historical record, not a forecast. Model outputs may be wrong, and frequently are. We do not represent that use of this service will be profitable.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for determining whether sports wagering is lawful where you are.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to access sports wagering content in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use this service where you are. By using Sharp Retriever you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

Accounts are created through our authentication provider. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share account access; subscriptions are for individual use.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Read this section carefully. It governs what you are charged and when.

We currently offer:

• Seven-day trial — $19. Charged once at signup. At the end of the seventh day, this automatically converts to the $49/month plan and your card is charged $49, and every month thereafter, until you cancel.
• Monthly — $49/month, charged monthly until you cancel.
• Annual — $399/year, charged annually until you cancel.

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Automatic renewal. All plans renew automatically. We will send a reminder to the email address on your account before your trial converts. It is your responsibility to keep that address current and to ensure our messages are not blocked or filtered.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not end your current access.

What happens when you cancel:

• Cancel during the trial — access continues through the end of the seventh day. You are not charged the $49.
• Cancel a monthly plan — access continues through the end of the month you have already paid for.
• Cancel an annual plan — access continues through the end of the full year you have already paid for.

Refunds. All charges are final. We do not issue refunds or prorated credits for partial periods. You keep the access you paid for through the end of that period; you are not charged again.

Price changes. We may change prices. Any change will be communicated by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before renewal.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: resell, redistribute, or republish our outputs as your own; scrape or bulk-extract the service; share account access; reverse-engineer the service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, without refund.

7. Our content

All model outputs, written content, and materials on this service are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access them. It does not transfer ownership.

8. Availability

We provide this service "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and outputs depend on third-party data sources that may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, reliable, or profitable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any gambling losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the service, with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Responsible gambling
